Anyone have any background on booster packs that have the “Made In XYZ” stamp/stickers? What was the purpose of this? Were they imports? I have seen Made in Japan, and Made in Belgium stickers. Made in Japan stamps etc. Looking for more information on these.

19 CFR 134 requires country of origin be marked on a product being sold in the US that wasn’t manufactured in the US.
Thanks! I wonder why it seems so rare? There were countless sold within the USA without the origin markings.
That’s a good question. Maybe the stickers fell off? Or perhaps most were made in the US and they imported only for extra stock needed.
Someone may have more definitive info.
