Traditional Chinese version M6F Storm Emeralda announced, releasing 1 week after JP on August 7, 2026

Just some mental notes,
- All the expansion packs this year are based on Legends: Z-A and its Mega Dimension DLC
- All the Mega Pokémon ex in this year’s sets up to this point are of new Mega Evolutions
- Because Mega Rayquaza has a prominent role in Mega Dimension DLC, this set gives it the spotlight and first exception to new Mega Pokémon ex cards in sets
- Primal Groudon and Primal Kyogre are also in the DLC, so we will see if they get cards
- It’s possible that since Aura Seeker will release after Worlds (November 27), that set may introduce the new mechanic Mega Z - for Mega Lucario Z, Mega Garchomp Z and Mega Absol Z
- Each expansion pack generally has 4 Mega Pokémon ex. Without a High Class Pack this year, and with another year of MEGA sets, the future sets may cover the remaining new Mega Pokémon

Thank you for the breakdown and a very solid hypothesis / observation. I think there is a lot of expectations of folks wanting Groudon and Kyogre cards because there is a Rayquaza set.
Let’s see if what you observed plays out.
Cheers!

Throw a deoxys in there too for good measure!

Deoxys wasn’t in the dlc unfortunately. However, hoopa was the cause of the DLC’s whole gimmick of hyperspace wormholes. It would be really weird to not see a hoopa card, but i wouldn’t be too surprised.
overall, I have a hard time seeing everyone get cards especially with some mons like victreebel and malamar already being left in the dust. The only way i could see it is if we continue to get mega sets all through next year until the gen 10 set which at earliest would probably be like november 2027

The Gallade art looks amazing!

This is absolutely phenomenal art. Egawa absolutely cooked. Shame this will be very high price because most people just think this will be limited to 2k copies. Hoping to get this one if it is a reasonable priced card.
Thanks for the update.
Cheers!

For reference, the Victini BWR Battle uses the same tournament format & 2,000 at-home lottery campaign over several months and the total estimate exceeds 17,000 copies

That Talonflame ex looks really cool to me. Also wondering if Tomato Market is a Tamako Market reference. I visited a shopping district the other day in Kyoto that made me really nostalgic for the anime, one of my favourites.
This is such an important footnote lol. I was like “oh god..”

For my wallet, I really hope we get an EN set card reprint. Egawa is killing it yet again. Art this good needs to be released to the masses.
I was thinking the same thing but thought it would be too weeb-y to mention here. But yes, Tamako Love Story
