Can any collectors in Quebec, Canada who maybe able to find me a McDonalds 2012 Scraggy, however the french version was only released in Quebec, Canada and in French language. Ive tried looking online but everything is the English release, seems my only hope is that a local collector/store may have one for sale.

Hey, New Brunswick is the only officially bilingual province and there are tonnes of French communities in Ontario that speak it as a first language, that’s to say that McDonald’s franchises in places like Hawkesbury, ON and Bathurst, NB also order Happy Meal toys in French. The slang term for the restaurant in French is “McDo”.
Facebook might be the best bet, we love groups up here. Just be aware of scammers as always, maybe message the admins/mods. I had a look around my spots but no avail

You could also reach out to Danireon in Orléans, Ottawa, Ontario or Imaginaire (the chain-they have a huge store in Ottawa but have many locations in Québec), as well as GameZilla in New Brunswick for starters. That’s if you’d rather brick & mortar dealings. Most other game stores in Ottawa are anglophone.
Not scolding, only helping!! Someone is bound to have it. I only have Purrloin left from the 2012 French McDon’s set

Have tried some facebook groups, but some wont let me join as im not based in CA.

@Tryson21 is in France now and has access to a lot of French card shops. He lives in Canada too. Maybe reach out to him.

Maybe give Danireon a bit, they’re probably slammed between the time they’re closed this time of year as (IMHO) they’re the best card shop in the 613. I’m certainly not the only one that thinks that as well, haha.
