pwcc def shills their own auctions early.. towards the end of the auction its usually the actual owner of the card shilling at the end

correction.. pwcc def shills their listings early in auction (numbers dont lie).. *IF a pwcc is shilled at the end it is by the original owner/by direction of the owner
