After the Japan Post stamps, we now have a cooperation between another postal company and Pokémon. Pokémon themed stamps of La Poste will be available starting February 28th with a pre-sale happening on February 27th at Carré d’Encre. The main stamp features Pikachu and will have 750,000 copies being made according to several articles, but there is also a limited special edition (20,000 copies) featuring stamps of Pikachu and the Kanto starters. It was also announced that later this year there will be stamps featuring newer Pokémon, according to some sources apparently Koraidon and Miraidon. The stamps are designed by Étienne Théry.
