If you open, you will probably lose money. I’ve sold these many times at no reserve auctions, and they always usually go under $20
I don’t know why the psa 10 is listed so high… It must be a very difficult card to grade base Don centering. And it’s a Jr promo… Was given out to so many random people who dont know how to store cards
