Nah not too much value, although im sure some people would disagree… They pop up rather often on japanese sites for much much less than ebay cough cough
Depends on the series or set. There is some rare Japanese post cards. That don’t really come up on Yahoo auctions.
But yeah, better chance at finding them on the Japanese websites like prochaos said.
There is also some actual post card sets which are numbered. And some promotional postcards as well given out at openings or certain brief events in Japan.

Yeah I have a couple of these in very good condition, Scott listened his ones for around 200$ but I also saw some for way less, that’s why I’m not very sure what to expect.

I’ve sold multiples of each between $75-150 depending on the art, rarity and demand. They are definitely more niche than tcg items, but not anywhere near the same availability.
