Raw PSA 1-4 condition copies are infinitely available, I don’t understand how those graded prices are holding at where they are. Really I think PSA 7 and up are the only grades that when they retrace, won’t get absolutely massacred.

The slab of an unpeeled 1998 lottery Jigglypuff should look very different, not only is it side by side the 1998 lottery pikachu, but the back of the unpeeled slab is white.
