How much is the value of sealed japanese Neo Intro pack nowadays? Only trace I can find from ebay is this opened item with $400 BIN and it isn’t helping too much. 
I️ would say at least that price for a sealed copy. Similar to a Sealed quick starter price point, except these are much more scarce.

I agree with Scott, at least $400 for the sealed decks. Prices on these have been going up pretty fast in the last year and a half.
