That is the same seller who sold a psa 10 1st ed raikou from neo rev for £2K via shill bids so I wouldn’t pay too much attention to that sale.

Also UK sales will always trend higher as locals will bid higher as they are used to import tax i.e. the offset of tax is most likely included in the final price

i would guess roughly around 40-75 gbp depending on if you auction it or use a BIN and also depending on edition with 1st ed being more likely to hit the higher end than unlimited.
