Is this really the worth of the whole burning shadows set?

Now, i’ve been collecting this set for a while and i’ve been keeping up with the value of most cards, cards like gardevoire full art gx being anywhere up to £40 and guzma being super rare, i’m wondering if you guys think this is the worth of the entire set:

This guy is selling the entire set for £712

Personally i don’t think he/she’s far off the mark but i’d be interested to see what you guys think. Funny thing is I have the exact same folder haha with the same set in the same order. It’s those darn gx cards which are expensive xD I have a huge double page gap where all I have left is those gx cards.

I’ve got them all except some gxs now. Dat full art guzma, i want it

Also why is guzma so rare and others are not so much? Do they print the gx cards unbalanced?

Guzma is currently being played in most decks and most likely will be used throughout its 2 year rotation so that drives up the value.

I’ve never properly looked at the guzma card, lets see…it’s a switcheroo card.

It is basically and one use float stone with a Lysandre (which was crazily played when it was legal).
