What’s the eBay? I want the Mint raw cards
He refuses to disclose, but same. Where do I find this “high percentage 10s” raw card seller that “might need to look into grading soon?” I specifically avoid the sellers with thousands and thousands of sales just because I assume they already pregraded every card they’re selling and did grade the good ones
Why would i grade 10,000 cards a month? There is so much mint/gem mint cards to go around. Our buyers are really happy , that is why we are growing fast.
We do have some 100% bulk PSA 10’s subs.
Maybe you are primarily selling Japanese. Otherwise I can’t really see how mass selling and grading raw cards would grade such high 10 percentage, without extensive pregrading.
That is great for you though, I wish my returns were like that lol.
Let us know the eBay. I’m sure you would have many, many more buyers from e4. I would not expect to be doxed or otherwise by having an eBay account.
Please stay on topic
Seen a post on TCG 2023 here.

Blockquote Here’s are signs to look out for…
I think this is important advice. But the one thing I’m weary of are the successful scalpers and other resellers that see that as an opportunity to buy more of the product up rather than a hint that things are changing. There are tons of long haulers willing to wait it out, and after seeing their collections myself, it makes me wonder how this will play out.
As soon as I noticed people on facebook groups grading every and any charizard they picked up from base set + 2, I knew there would be a lack of market to supply their need; I got back into collecting around 2021 and its been an uphill battle, but I am glad to see this “normalizing,” lol. Although I’m still tired of the LOW POP SUPER RARE BUY NOW posts on ebay when I’m looking for a kabuto
Rolling year update.

I hate to sound rude but you post a lot of these statistics yet keep your ebay account secret, so I find any of it hard to believe. I’ve seen other users outright ask you for your store name and you don’t respond to them. Don’t you want more sales from e4 members?
You want me to be honest?
Someone keeps editing my posts or closing it cause i answer to members here. If those people set the example of the members here , i am very cautious to the attack or negative actions members may take .
Dont believe, that is where the problem started. Members hate success and are doubting the numbers.
I wanted to let the members here see REAL NUMBERS of a seller that started a little than a year ago selling. But seems like many here want to think it is impossible.
Now watch this post be edited, deleted or me out right banned . Very strange actions.
Now knowing what i think, would YOU SELL to members here?
These are REAL NUMBERS, believe it or not.

Year to date,
$129,275.00 gross sales, this is NOT PROFITS.
95% Raw Pokemon cards.
Overwhelmed at the moment. Still figuring out how to take this to the next level.
TAXES also a issue soon.
As the owner of this site I’ve never for a second thought about editing your posts or even care to that extent unless there is something breaking a rule. I personally like seeing your data charts and sales posts.
It is not you, I really like your attitude , level headed videos and style. You actually should sell at higher prices due to your status in the Pokemon world.
A couple of the mods or admin are against me. I just answer members “pot shots” and many here think i am the one starting it.
You sir, are one of the most respectable leaders of the Pokemon community. I am not a influencer, in fact, i just laugh at those guys on Youtube pumping nonsense. All i am doing is posting numbers or posting about the Japanese pokemon market as i live both in Japan and USA so get to see the “boots on the ground” on both sides of the Pacific.
Not here to sell anything, just letting everyone know, Pokemon is going great in Japan. Still huge and the future looks even better if crypto keeps going up.
Thanks
Thank you for answering.
You could always put your ebay store in your bio like other members do, and then whoever is interested can purchase from you directly.
I’m the only other admin and I don’t know you or have any feeling toward you either way.
Hmm interesting. I’ve only made it to post 132 of 316 but seems to be a lot of negative sentiment. I just went to Collect-A-Con in LA last weekend. The line to get in took 40 minutes and was crazy long weaving back and forth outside. There was an enormous amount of vendors and people there. Granted a nice chunk of people were there for autographs but I would say most people walked around the vendors and bought stuff. I saw basically every era of card in every shape including:
-High end vintage slabs
-LP or worse loose vintage
-A lot of E-Reader era slabs and raw (the amount of this actually pleasantly surprised me)
-Japanese unnumbered promos (Masaki’s, CD, Trainer Mag, McDonalds, etc) (slabs and raw)
-Lots of mid era surprisingly in various conditions (some raw, some slabs)
-Vintage and mid era sealed packs and booster boxes
Modern packs, booster boxes, etc.
-English and Japanese modern high end both slabs and raw
-English and Japanese low end (IR’s, Full arts, rainbows, baby shiny’s, etc)
My perception was that there was a lot of variety for every type of collector and options for everyone from the buyer with a very cheap budget just looking to get modern singles for their binder all the way up to people who came to buy a high end gold star or WOTC slab. I actually felt like there was a greater presence of high end vintage slabs than high end modern (Mario Pikas, Ponchos, Scream, etc)
My experience has been Japanese cards have been declining for the past few months from their pump back to normal and are moving more slowly but English I would say is actually picking up for the desirable cards.
Alt Arts seemed to have bottomed out and several seem to be starting to rise a bit. The highly desirable modern cards can be actually harder to find that you would think. I saw more Crystal Lugia’s than I did Moonbreon’s which really surprised me since Moonbreon has a MUCH higher population. I think the best cards of every era will be valuable even in higher populations. Its not hard to imagine at least 10k people out of the millions who collect Pokemon wanting a PSA 10 Moonbreon in their collection. I think a lot of that population is being held right now and not sold whereas the Crystal Lugia is likely starting to come out of some longterm holders to realize that appreciation.
On the flipside, due to the massive amount of printing, for modern cards that aren’t top chases, the prices could be dismal for those for years. I think a lot of the full arts, gold cards, rainbows, etc will stagnate for years to come because way higher supply than desire.
I mean take the whole Older, Rarer, Minter, Better mantra. It’s a generalization but not a law. My PSA 10 Giratina V Alt Art is WAY newer than my PSA 10 Gym Heroes Lt Surge’s Fearow and it has about 150x more PSA 10 copies and yet it demands a higher price because the demand is high enough. To many young collectors today that card is “Better” and so often “Better” in the collector’s eyes can outperform “Older” or “Rarer”. But only with the truly exceptional modern cards everyone wants. A vast majority of cards being slabbed today will likely stagnate or be worthless and are correctly called junk slabs.
The graded modern “ex” cards in SGC or GCG slabs selling on whatnot are a kind of poison for the market. In that sense I agree with pfm that people who purchase those and get burned will probably leave collecting Pokemon and in that sense it could create more overall negative sentiment for the hobby.
I also don’t like all the mystery boxes which further push terrible gambling in this hobby.
But if I take a step back, even considering all the negative things happening and some of the cards which have lost a lot of value, I still think the market is actually quite strong and there is a lot of interest in Pokemon Collecting. Sure everything is down from the boom but who cares. It’s WAY up from before the boom. Every market has boom bust cycles and I think it’s impressive Pokemon weathered a massive bust from the top of that boom and that so many people are still here collecting and still interested. I’m optimistic. I hope the buyer picking up the junk slabs overtime will become smarter and seek out higher quality stuff and maybe with time we can stop producing so many junk slabs.
Just my $0.02
I’m sure I’m wrong about some of this. Just wanted to share a positive perception of the Pokemon market for those interested.
Thanks for the response! I think it’s important to note that the LA collect-a-con might be a bit exceptional given the “premium” location and the type of collectors that live around California.
That being said I’m happy to hear that you found it to be a better experience than the Dallas FW one I went to.
What’s interesting is that ‘massive’ isn’t that massive, at least to me.
Something like Stamp Box Pikachu supposedly had a print run of 90,000 (not sure if all were redeemed though). That is actually more than a lot of set cards and even modern set cards.
Most textured cards of SWSH are less than 200k each, but closer to 100-150k and obviously not all of those cards would be opened yet.
And still, prices for 99% of those singles are rock bottom or maybe not even at the bottom yet.
What are people even collecting? Are they even collecting at all or are they just burning money gambling?
To me it seems the market is very shallow and superficial to have prices so low despite the seeming millions of people subscribed to YT, IG, TT, WN influencers.
