Colors, resolution, border size
I’m no expert, but the thickness of the upper and lower borders does not add up to any of the authenticated Charizards I have seen.
Have you looked at this under a loupe, or do you have a higher-res photo? Comparing this to other pictures of authentic ones online makes me inclined to think it’s fake too
