Alright well I decided to just hit buy it now so that he is notified. I didn’t pay yet, but idk if the buy it now doesn’t notify him and prompt a response I will consider it a lost cause and just cancel. Ive been waiting for a long time for his responses so this is sorta my last ditch effort lol

A solid last-ditch effort. I’m kind of fascinated by that box and what condition the packs/cards might be in that are inside.

Another thing you don’t want is smelly. I recently opened a blister from the early EX era. It smelled musty and so did all of the cards

update: It likely wont happen his bottom dollar is too high for the risk involved with the bottom packs potentially water damaged

The seller hasnt responded to my or anyones messages in moths so I clicked it to get his attention. I had full intention of buying it but he didnt want to let me see it in person even though it says local pick up available and the stain looks sorta rough. If youre a risk taker and have 13k to chance I’d say go for it

OK, your post above makes it sound like you were trying to haggle down lower than the buy it now price upon seeing it in person.

na I understand it is an expensive box, but to me to take that risk I would need to see it and even then its iffy at that price point. Maybe if I was a bigger risk taker. He was a very nice guy though I hope he can find a buyer sometime

its gone lol, somebody was willing to take the risk. I wonder if they will open it or wait to sell it later.
