I think they still print Evolving Skies (and any other set who is format legal in the TCG).
However they might not do boosterboxes, but pack inserted in collection boxes or tins or …
But out print, I don’t believe this. Makes no sense to not print cards who are needed for a game and who are still allowed to use.

Some people seem to forget those cards are made for playing a game.
