I need help form a Portuguese. I want to buy some cards on olx but people don’t seem willing to ship outside the country. Could somebody be the middle-man?

Portuguese are a people as well… from Portugal.
But I agree with you that OP needs to contact someone from Brazil, as this is where the majority of Portuguese language cards are located.

Portuguese cards have to my knowledge always been exclusively released in Brazilian Portuguese, the only exception being the 2010 World Collection Pikachu. You can see the difference here with how Thunderbolt and it’s description are translated differently on the World Collection Pikachu to the HGSS Raichu:
Even looking at Base Set Zapdos, from a time where Portugal at least still had an official distribution of Portuguese cards, you can see that the translation of the description is the Brazilian Portuguese one:
