I love these as well! I think I remember seeing them on another thread here (pokemon hidden in card art maybe?) and I love the reverse situation for each.

I think my new fascination and collection would go to Kadabra and his magic. He will never be made again by the Pokemon company… Every time I think of him and his spoon, it makes me laugh and I instantly think of:

@teamrocketop aww that little magic show scene looks adorable! He just looks like hes trying his best there but maybe its not working out too too well haha. But yeah, both Kadabra and Alakazam always give me Matrix memories as well!

With all the great cards in this thread, I think i might have to make a full binder collection around this concept! And I really the the Totodile touch with this, seeing as I adore the gen 2 starters (as if that wasnt already a point i stress daily haha)
@alakazamthat , lol the goofy nature of the Imakuni? cards have always been fascinating to me, and the human-esq art in pokemon cards always added an odd, yet humorous touch to things which is always cool to see
@dizzylochs that reminds me of another one of my favorite card arts, which is actually from the recent Lost Thunder expansion:
The Spheals intensity is just like Dittos courageous efforts to help out in a fight, but even if they fail, they just look adorable in the process haha

@fivesetgo couldnt agree more with that one! Its funny because growing up the whole e reader series went straight over my head due to various reasons, but now theyve honestly become some of my favorite artworks that really hit a soft spot in me! @bruce thats another one I really enjoy! I learned of that actually from a thread here similar to mine posted on adorable cards and I meant to pick on up but never got around to grabbing a copy. But I really am going to end up making a full binder collection with this concept of happy/wholesome/funny artworks because it would really help to continue to brighten me up on those off days i might experience and this will surely be added!
