Hey guys, just to follow up from this: Full Art grading I know this was posted in 2018. I have a similar question about a card I have. Is this the sort of missing texture you were talking about? If so, if you got it graded, what graded did you get in the end? Just wondering myself now if these missing texture patches affect the grade.
I would not be shocked at all if something like this got a PSA 10 still

I agree with pfm. This is so minuscule that its unlikely to affect the overall grade.
I’m pretty certain I sent a few CoroCoro Pikachu VMAX to PSA with texture chipping like that and every one I sent came back a 10.
Ah that’s good to know! The full card is perfect imo, front and back, it was just those texture-less bits.

To answer the question, I also wouldn’t consider this a problem. (Though I’ve not graded any textured cards, myself.)
