This is a random question but how well known is Taneichi Masumi? My understanding is he is one of the original designers of Gym series Rocket cards and was with pokemon in the early days before it was popular. His surname is “Transel" which means Metapod. Not sure if he came up with the idea of metapod. He wouldn’t be a classified as an artist? This might be a deepstate question, idk. Thanks in advance!
