I’d like to submit a card I sold on Ebay to PSA’s APR database. I see that the information they have isn’t up to date. I’ve submitted info for pokemonprice.com, they received and are reviewing it. Haven’t found an option like that for PSA.
PSA don’t have that option, if they don’t pick up an auction it’ll never be added
Is there anything you can do to make sure it does get picked up? I don’t think any of my PSA sales have appeared on the site.
Have a good clear picture of the card with the barcode and serial visible, have a very descriptive title including set, year of the set release, card number, edition, card name, the word pokemon and ‘PSA’ plus the card grade.
Here’s what my listings typically look like:
Far as I can tell, the only thing I’m missing is the year, but I’ve seen quite a few listings make it to PSA’s site without a year included. The photo is high resolution too. I wonder if there’s something else I’m missing? I even put the grade info down in the Item Specifics section.
I always make sure I input the information correctly on EBay when listing a card. Especially item details. It’s kind of frustrating because accurate market data and analysis is needed when you’re negotiating and/or planning on making a purchase.

Or just ask on e4 as a price check.
If you’re outside of the US and aren’t listing cards with international site visibility I’ve found that PSA often miss those sales - but not always.
