I have been collecting modern era booster boxes for a couple years, but have found myself in a situation where I need to sell them off. I’ve collected around 50 booster boxes. Is there somewhere that I can sell in bulk or does it make more sense to sell on a site like Ebay?

Calculate the current resale value of the bulk then state what you could live with in a quick sale. If reasonably discounted you could make an immediate sale…no hassle.
Unfortunately if they are roaring skies and newer you are going to take a fair bit of a hit if you paid retail. Right now you can grab cases of almost all of those sets for below $80 per box to your door definitely after incentives and sometimes even before eBay bucks or cc rewards. That is around the prices that small businesses pay from distributors.
There really is no great way to sell them fast honestly. As with anything else the faster you need to sell them the worse off you will be. Some guy like Rudy (alpha investments) would probably buy them immediately no questions asked but you may not like the pricing (~$60 or slightly under per box I would imagine). There are also sites like troll and toad that are always buying but currently Roaring skies buy price is $55 and that is after you pay to ship to them and it is in their limited buylist quantities.
