I do appreciate the link, I’m well aware of these and have looked at listed and solds, but these boxes have little to no current sales and therefore I went here to ask if anyone had any private sales to go by
So you’re saying a Luigi box, a Mario box, a CP6 box, and a Best of XY box have no recent sales? I just checked, and there are plenty of sales.
I also looked at a bunch of other boxes, and most of them have booster boxes or booster packs sold too. The data is out there for almost every box you listed here. You just want us to do your homework.

Look at similar box sales from the same era or put it up for auction. The market is feeling generous
Sell them all and cash buy a house. You can then join the E4 house club!
