I think dreamjoey on ebay might have some for pre order. Last I checked he was selling for $125. If you want one of these w/o driving everywhere looking for it. I would pre order asap because the markup on this is strong. I got mine for $75 each and europe is selling these for $150 euro. You don’t have to be good at math to see the mark up is just ridonk on this but if you don’t mind doing a little bit of work, I’m sure you can find these at walmart again on opening night and just pay retail. The key word here is Nov 15th, not peak holiday season, but holiday season none the less. Don’t forget Cosmic Eclipse also drops around this time. Hype+Holidays = good luck fighting the hoard, let alone finding these on the shelves lol. Max profits, max hype, max everything, Pokemon couldn’t have planned it any better…for them lol
As someone else posted this is the set but they dropped it to $109.99. 5% promotion in ebay bucks going on right now so you get it for a around retail and free shipping so honestly about as good as you are going to get imo.

Oh I see. There’s more info on Google now. Apparently the RRP is $99.99, so $109.99 sounds a bit much - I guess they can justify that as they’re first to market with preorders.
As a store owner, I had trouble attaining the Dragon Majesty pin boxes last year. This year, I received my full order of Hidden Fates pin boxes without a problem. I know this isn’t bullet-proof evidence, but it shows me they had more of these pin boxes available since many retailers still remember the first wave of Dragon Majesty boosters being included in those pin boxes and the demand for it (which was also big) and probably ordered equal amounts or more of these Hidden Fates pin boxes.
So I would say the Pokémon Company had a good read on the popularity based on previous data, but didn’t anticipate the additional hype that came from the Ultra GX set. Everybody over here knows that set has been well received and that an English version was highly anticipated. But somehow, the Pokémon Company thought it was going to be ‘just’ another Dragon Majesty…
This set may as well have money printed on the card itself. There is no way in my mind they don’t capitalize on this. They get all of their exclusivity though events and Japanese promos. That’s where their heart is. They will likely continue to capitalize on the US mindset of card buying and collecting. If for some reason they shorted the print or at least the Charizard, this will be a huge turn from the norm.
What’s the difference between this set and the Mythical pin sets, for example?
