People have been discussing the possibility of Ultra Shining coming in Hidden Fates for some time but now we have something to look at. Only a few of the shinies will be released as promos but the packs will only come in smaller less economic products similar to shining legends. Hopefully the pull rates are uncommon enough to keep this set interesting.
