Just a quick question from a new guy in collecting. Does Pokémon announce when they stop printing/distributing sets? Just came across a thread showing shiny cards with the texture all over the card. Would like to try and go for a set of those as well. Basically asking if I can wait for Walmart/Target to eventually restock or am I doomed to pay these prices I’m seeing on eBay and other card sites looking for $8 a pack.
I think most places got the reprint stuff already, I know gamestop had tins up for a sale up until yesterday when they ran a sale and they ran out. I never saw any stuff at my local targets when I was able to get it online from gamestop for about three weeks.
Ah okay thanks for the info, dang they even had a sale lol. Hopefully they keep restocking then.
Just have to find them.
I bought 6 boxes a few days ago at a Walmart.
1/2 the print run is probably not opened yet. Everyone and their mom bought them and put them up to sell later.
