Has anyone ever seen a "Pokeball" on a Base Set Charizard?

I was rearranging some of my cards today and I noticed something that’s only on one of my base set Charizards, and I thought it was pretty cool. At the bottom of the red flame coming out of Charizard’s mouth, there is a holofoil circle that is split in half by the red flame and the lighter background, so it creates what looks like a Pokeball. I went through about a dozen other base Charizards and none had anything similar. Has anyone else seen this before?

that’s so cool, nice discovery.

Imagine this being some kind of freak Willy Wonka situation? XD That’s pretty cool!

That is really neat… also owning a dozen more charizards lol

This is super cool. And the fact that it is on a 1st edition Zard in PSA 9 makes it that much better. Hang on to that card buddy! Could be one of a kind on an already insanely expensive card.

One of a kind ‘errors’ like these can often decrease the value of an expensive card, kind of like a signature.

First off I apologize for the quality of the image… My phone literally has cracked glass just beside the camera.
After you posted I decided to look at my first ed zard and although my “pokeball” is nowhere near as pronounced as your finding I did find something similar.

I wonder if because we are pokemon fans we just happen to see what we want to lol.

This concept is called synchronicity, when the stars align and 2 or more seemingly unrelated factors coincidentally align in a meaningful way. Like @mcrizz, said, it says more about humans and our tendency to find patterns and connection between things than anything else. But it is cool! It’s a holo dot in between the artwork lines and the background.

I swear I saw a card listed on ebay with this exact “ERROR/MISPRINT” a few days ago. Not sure if it was a charizard or something else, I just remember seeing it listed for absurd price. Its cool, its nothing more than a holo spec located in a cool spot.

Edit: Appears it wasn’t the EXACT same thing, but it was This Skyridge Gengar
