Grey border Primal clash Bidoof?

First, I apologize on advance as I am a new collector, just thought that what I have in possession is super odd.

I’ve looked everywhere about this card, but can only find the yellow border uncommon, no pictures of a grey border card.
Is my card fake? or are there tons of these hanging about.

Probably best to add this is the Japanese print from the Primal Clash set.

It’s a real card, modern Japanese cards have a gray border.
