I did better than I expect but thats my bad for not considering the fact that these are the newest games so my memory is the freshest. I shouldve gotten everything I missed not named sqwakabilly.

Pretty much as expected: not well at all..
I’m behind with watching the anime, and half of them haven’t even been in the anime anyway, so I’m defintely not familiar with their names yet.
As for a summary again:
- Those I could picture, but forgot the names of: Crocalor; Quaxwell; Quaquaval; Oinkologne; Arboliva; Squawkabilly; Nacli; Garganacl; Tadbulb; Grafaiai; Brambleghast; Klawf; Capsakid; Revavroom; Cetoddle; Cetitan; Tatsugiri; Slither Wing; Iron Bundle; Iron Jugulis; Frigibax; Arctibax; Ting-Lu; Chi-Yu; Iron Valiant; Sinistcha; Ogerpon.
(From these, I almost had Revavroom, since I knew it was ‘Re-something-vroom’.
And likewise for ‘Sinist-something’ for ‘Sinistcha’. And I of course had 'Iron ’ for Iron Bundle and Iron Jugulis and ‘-’ from ‘Ting-Lu’ and ‘Chi-Yu’ respectively, haha. 
) - Those I completely forgot about just yet: Nymble; Lokix; Naclstack; Maschiff; Shroodle; Rellor; Rabsca; Flittle; Espathra; Orthworm; Glimmet; Glimmora; Veluza; Kingambit; Iron Leaves; Ursaluna; Okidogi; Munkidori; Fezandipiti; Pecharunt.
(I forgot Nacli, Naclstack, Garganacl was a 3-stage evolution - I could only picture the first and last.. Likewise, I forgot Mabostiff and Grafaiai had their pre-evolved forms Maschiff and Schroodle. Also, if I could have remembered them just yet, I would have known the names of Flittle, Orthworm, Glimmet, Glimmora, Kingambit, and Iron Leaves..)

I was curious how you would do considering I have no idea how far the anime is into the story or how many new Pokemon they’ve showcased.

gen 9 is my favorite game in a long time so I’m actually able to remember these! Got stuck on bramblin and brambleghast at the end.

Tbh, I’m not exactly sure either. 
I’ve watched it until episode 76 thus far, and there are currently 100 released episodes apparently.
Lately, I’ve been watching some Marvel Universe series and other anime instead. 
Will get back to the Pokémon anime eventually.
EDIT: Also, FWIW, I’m watching the anime in Japanese with English subtitles, and sometimes the subtitles show the (Romaji) Japanese instead of English names, which isn’t helping in remembering them either, haha.

You can choose your own gen, but have to complete it in French or German!
