I feel like it’s only downhill from here..
As usual, I could picture a lot of the ones I’m missing, especially the (pre)evolved forms, like Purrloin; Gigalith; Tympole; Darumaka; Carracosta; Gothitelle; Duosion + Reuniclus; Karrablast; Accelgor; Rufflet, as well as Cobalion and Terrakion. I just couldn’t come up with their (full) names..
As for most of the others, I simply forgot about them: Munna + Musharna; Cottonee + Whimsicott; Alomomola; and Heatmor.
And Cryogonal I did knew including name, but I kept misspelling it. Tried all kind of combinations of o’s and a’s, but completely forgot about that ‘y’.. Seeing it now, it all makes sense, but as a non-native English speaker, ‘cryo’ isn’t a natural combination of letters I’d think of easily.
EDIT: And yes, I know about the spelling helper function, but I feel like it’s cheating, so I’m gonna do all of these quizzes without them.

As a native English speaker it even took me a while to get Cryogonal’s name correct. If I recall correctly, you don’t play the games, correct? I’m impressed that you got so many considering that.
Was your methodology for coming up with names relatively the same as the other regions?

Pretty much yeah. Although I feel like I got more from TCG cards I remembered than the anime this time.
And I may not have played any of the games, but I have watched every single anime episode + movie (1250+ episodes; 25+ movies; 50+ specials), so I guess that evens it out.

I’ll be doing it after Gen 9. Might have to do an updated Gen 9/ Name ‘Em All after Legends Z-A comes out since I’m sure we’ll see some new Pokemon
