Just wondering if there is a site that lists all the pokemon cards in every set according to their rarity with a picture and commonly sold prices that is easy to skim through?
What do you guys use?

You ask too much my dude. For pics of all English cards, use pkmncards.com. For Japanese, use serebii.net (although I think they lack sets prior to VS if I remember correctly). For prices, use ebay sold listings or pokemonprice.com.
There isn’t an all-inclusive solution (yet).
Edit: and of course the allmighty Bulbapedia if you want to go a bit more in-depth about release information etc.
