any insight to what a 10 of this goes for nowadays?
Only one listed on ebay around $30k, no recent public sales. Wouldnt be surprised if that was around market now for the card.
Gold Star Rayquaza going strong. I recall when I picked mine up there were a handful available. All at one point sold over the last 4 months and now 1 listed asking more of course.

the jp neos have barely moved at all pretty sure the psa 10s are very close in price now and maybe the eng 10s will soon eclipse even tho they are far more common

This is confirmed paid ? Seems high since psa 8 sells for 11-12k no? I know it’s a BGS 8.5 but seeing that’s it’s BGS it usually goes for less than psa so seeing it go for 2k more than a psa 8 seems off to me
Grades are jumping other grade values week after week. Its about supply. Where can you buy a PSA 8 now for 11? It last sold 14k 2 weeks ago. This is very common now. Give it several weeks and the higher or PSA grade will see more IF even available to buy. A BGS 8.5 for PSA 8 money is close at this level. PS sale taken from ALT

That is correct, that could be due to a few factors, pricing or even cert #. For example a couple 9’s are available at 2Xk-$3Xk asking BUT certs start with a 2. Which could be why we are seeing people willing to dish out more and more for lessor grades still.
If prices for 8’s are 14 k then I would assume 20k for a psa 9 is reasonable but who knows

Absolutely agree, I think that is where we are now. 9’s have to be 20-30k depending on cert# (personal opinion).

8-10 certs close to 30k would be crazy to me , but this is a crazy time for selling / buying lol

I come from a sports backround, I recall ten+/- years ago I passed on several 1952 Mantle RC’s low grade PSA 1-3 at XXXXk+++ or so. I thought, that’s crazy money for a PSA 1-3. Ill hold out…well today a 1 is 22k a 2 is 47k and a 3 is 60k+. They are not super rare, just desired. My humble opinion, Gold Stars fit this bill in terms or desirability, history and rarity. The triple threat lol Will be interesting to look back in a decade.

There have been a private sales of 9s going for around 25k for newer certs. I was offered 28.5 for mine but I decided to cross to BGS instead
