Have just picked up these two beautiful cards, they have some of my all time favorite art! My main question is why there is slight whitening around the border of the psa case, almost like a glue layer?? I am just trying to make sure no one cracked the cases or something. I have never had the old style psa cases, but these came this way. I am always paranoid someone broke into the psa case somehow. Is this possible?? Also, as far as the glossy promos go, what do you all think of these cards?? I feel like there are almost none of certain ones I love on ebay (such as dratini, cubone, and others) and I find that there are very very few psa graded examples. What is the history of some of these?? Why is the market for them the way it is/ what is that exactly?? Discussion appreciated!!

The case is fine, that is the old design.

The cards are Coro Coro Promo cards. Underrated cards imo as they have unique art, never released in English, and aren’t easy grades.

Thanks so much! I thought I remembered you saying something like that in a vid. I have always looked at pics of glossy promos since I was little, but obviously I couldn’t get coro coro in the midwest when I was 10!! The cubone is my absolute favorite, and I want to find the togepi. Appreciate all your responses guys!! So quickly too!
