As title, sold an item, usually when you print the address it tells you the reference number to put on the label, but it’s just saying ‘#REF’ without any actual number.
Is there a delay before the number appears? Or anywhere else you can find the number?
Been solved but I’ll post the solution in case anyone else ever has the same problem. So the REF number would be missing when I’d go onto my ‘Sold’ page and then ‘Print postage label’ but if I went onto my notifications at the top right and clicked where it says ‘Buyer Paid - Post Now’ then it’d show me the full address complete with REF number on that page.
