What’s the difference between the ps4 regular edition and the deluxe edition game?

Deluxe gives you summoning materia, an art book, and some other goodies I believe.

Like a special summoning materia or summoning materia all together? Just making sure I get the right one. Pretty sure I need to get the deluxe just making sure

I just beat the game. The nostalgia was a big hit but the music and extra storybuilding behind some characters really kicks you in the nuts. Was emotionally wrecked a couple times upon playthrough.

You get cactuar with summining special attack 1000 needles. A neat little bonus but nothing game changing. He’s just a meme tbh. In this game you can only really summon during boss fights, but if you’re feeling bored, you could use this guy against random grinding battles like fighting doomrats as he’s low tier.

Right. The soundtrack is kinda cool but who listens to cd’s any more? That stuff can be downloaded online.

Yeah, Chris B is right, but I may just buy the deluxe as a collectors item and keep it sealed, great looking game. What’s crazy is the game collectors community. I mean, some videogames I loved growing up sealed are so expensive!

The original Final fantasy 7 is worth a ton. I remember it being fairly available for $15 at Walmart for years. I just never bought a second one. I still have PlayStation with the original FF7. Thanks for tips guys I just didn’t want to spend extra unnecessary money. Can’t wait to play tho. I’d do the digital copy but in my opinion they sell digital copies for too close to the disk copy which is better in my eyes. If PlayStation breaks your screwed with digital. Digital should be maybe half regular cost. Maybe 3/4 cost max but that’s just my opinion. Team Rocket. You said you have been collecting more final fantasy cards lately? Any new additions?

I usually only get digital and not the discs anymore. The good thing with discs is that once you’re done, you can get credit. Even if your PlayStation breaks, you can just redownload it anyways, which is why I like digital and it’s faster to download then reading off the disc. I did get some cards and a ton of other stuff, once it comes in next week, I’ll post an update!

I’ve been noticing we have side tracked original thread title but final fantasy 7 was and still is my favorite game of all time out of everything ever created so i enjoy talking about it

Yeah, we should just message lol but yes I do now. I recently played with Aerith but only others are Barrett and Tifa so far and love Tifa (oh she hot in the game lol).

Have you beaten it yet? I’m loving the butterfly effect direction that the remake is going, paying homage to the original storyline but entertaining us in a new way by showing the struggle between Sepheroth trying to screw with the timeline and the timeline putting up resistance at critical moments throughout via the spectres.

I completed the original gave including getting max level materia for all of them. I had Knights of the Round Table. Every summon. Gold Chocaboo and everything. But I havnt purchased the new game yet. I need to free up the small amount of money needed to purchase it. But I will get it this week or next week. Im definitely looking forward to it :-). Hardest part of the game is beating the two boss’s that spawn. One in the desert rose or something like that and one underwater. I forgot the name of the boss’s but I’m sure you guys know what im talking about. And the fights were hard because they are over powered so bad. They instantly knock out characters with max 9999 life

No, I am taking my time and now my family distracted me with stupid Elder Scrolls Online… lol. So I play from time to time and trying to savor the game! Yeah Sephiroth is a great role, I am still trying to piece it now. Would love to be Cloud having all these women thrown at me and be a jerk apparently. So far, I am really enjoying how Cloud is slowly evolving and opening up from being a SOLDIER. Keeping any spoilers out.

I went a little crazy and got hyped but I am upset that I went through a few different vendors and some of the boxes came in ripped, bent, or messed up in some way and they wouldn’t return it. Maybe they think everyone is going to open them instead of keep the boxes sealed.

Question for those that collect FFTCG: Do you guys prefer PSA or BGS slabs for the cards? In my opinion, PSA is cheaper and the slabs are thinner and ideal for storage of many cards. That being said, I do like the look of the BGS slabs. Thinking about sending cards to PSA during the deal this month.
