Interesting card. Obviously, charizard. An homage to the base set artwork, redone in a neat secret rare style. Only a Pop 8. Is this the lowest population for an English Charizard in PSA 10? Anyone have any ideas on price for this card? Somebody linked one in the garbage thread last year for being way overpriced, but I can’t even see what it was listed for anymore, and I am completely unsure if it sold. Searching the entire forum for “stormfront charizard” only turns up a few pages and not much information on them with regards to value. Looks like it is ~$100-$150 in PSA 9, and Japanese 10’s are around $200-$250 (POP 36).
I believe the legendary collection holo is the lowest pop charizard at 3 in psa 10. As to the psa 10 stormfront charizard, it is definitely one of the most scarcest charizards out there. None was listed since last year November when I came back into collecting.
Ah I wasn’t thinking of LC. Pops for the non holo lava theme exclusive/regular holo/reverse holo are 7/3/25 respectively. The regular holo has much lower pop and much higher desirability I would presume being WOTC and quite a popular/rare set overall with the prices those boxes go for. No idea on value for that, though certainly less than the $10k one has been listed for with BO option for a while now. The reverses sell for over $1k though I know that.
Probably has a lot to due with the fact that this card is almost always OC as well. Guess production wasn’t very good on it. I’ve graded 3-4 that all came back 9’s probably for that reason too. I graded a 10 of the non-holo LC zard as well and got an offer for I think in the $270-$300 range right away and took it. Was a while back so i’m not too sure how good of a deal that was on my end lol.
