Just a play on the drake hotline bling meme.

It depicts a seller choosing to put an item up on eBay to hold out for a ridiculous price rather than sell it to a member for current price. In the long run, the seller might score an extra buck or two, but loses 13% in fees off the top and funnels it straight to eBay and PayPal, thus taking that money out of the hobby for good.

Imagine how much more money would be in the hobby right now if either the buyer or seller could save 13% in selling fees off each transaction.
