Ebay scam?

Hi All

Got a question about a psa 9 charizard first edition card that’s on Ebay atm.

I searched the psa cert number (19986061) and it says this card sold on pwcc auctions on the 28/01/19

I messaged the seller out of interest and asked how long he/she had owned the card for. They said 4 years :confused: ?? Also the 2 ebay listing photos are from previous listings from 2018/2017

Is this a scammer?

Yes!! That’s the one. I thought it seemed fishy. Damn some poor person will lose lots of money :slightly_frowning_face:
