Just spotted this card for sale on Ebay.
www.ebay.com/itm/CHARIZARD-Pokemon-SPANISH-Base-Set-PSA-9-MINT-1st-Edition-Rare-Holo-Card-4-102/292928886194
Seller is hunmar-93 with zero feedback and no other items for sale. I contacted the seller and he wants to make a deal direct outside of Ebay policys. He lives in Pontiac Michigan.
This exact card with same cert number sold on Jan 17th.

Why do these people bother. When they don’t send the right card eBay will give the buyer their money back so what’s the point?

If the above listed seller doesn’t have the actual card and you pay him directly. There’s nothing Ebay can do to protect you.
Interesting viewpoint. So now ebay will “give the money back” if you get ripped off outside of eBay? What a great company lol.
Sorry didn’t see he was trying to sell via direct message.
I know. Just being facetious;)
