I bought this from the seller on a previous listing where he claimed it was in perfect condition and likely a PSA 10. When I received it, there was an obvious crease on the card. I paid $30 to return the card to him and had to open a case with eBay to get a refund, and he never sent me back the money I spent to return it to him. Now he’s re-listed it and says in the listing: “I will not remove the seal to take the card out for inspection of quality. Buyer please judge the condition of the card based on the photos of the front of the card available.” His pictures are crap and completely hides the damage that he now obviously knows about…
