Post pictures and memories from old Pokemon events! Lets say… pre 2010?
I was looking to see if I could find any pictures from Pokemon Rocks America or similar events I remember attending and Discord thought it was a cool thread idea!
It was such an awesome time. They gave out the pass to get Ho-Oh and Lugia in Emerald/FRLG and there was a tournament going on (I entered with a couple garbage rock types from Victory Road I was able to rare candy to lvl50). Especially because thats where I opened the most packs at once ever as a kid. They were giving out Unseen Forces packs every few minutes all around the event!
Yep I never opened so many packs as a kid before this event- I remember they had a wheel game and no matter what you spun you got an unseen forces pack, and you could just keep getting back in line to roll again. Good times. I wish my parents took pictures back then… It was really fun scrolling through those photos, thanks for sharing!
Yes! I was dumb and didn’t abuse it enough and yet still such a fond memory. I ended up winning the wheel on my first try and got the Pokemon Yahtzee game!
I also got these small bobbleheads which I have no clue where they are now. Bulbasaur minum plusle
