I’m not sure what you’re referring to as I don’t see anything obvious. But it’s possible to have dust, a scratch, or a smudge on the inside face of the slab which would explain why you can’t clean it off.
It would be easier for people to help you if they could see what you’re referring to. Maybe try circling the area you want us to look at?
I think they are referring to this, which to me looks a little like mold inside the case, but I’m not sure what it is exactly

Yes sorry I should have circled but you got it exactly, I’ve tried cleaning it but to no avail ;-;
It’s probably a production defect on the inside of the case, which is why you cannot remove it. In the future, when cleaning scratches or gunk, try PlastX.

Likely a plastic pellet that didn’t melt, very common issue.

Buy Meguiar’s PlastX; worth less than $10; that product should clean it. I cleaned severe scratches with it.
