well… I’m selling my collection down. If you’re interested in any part of my collection, let me know. I’m also willing to give up my precious JUMBO Collection if you give me a good price for them all.

To answer your question, I probably will. I consider quitting on average once every 3-4 months. I literally almost quit at the end of September/beginning of August because school was taking up so much of my time that Pokemon had lost all of my interest. However, I’m back somewhat to my normal state. I think once I get a job and can afford to fill up my collection more, I’ll really get 100% back into Pokemon.
I’ll never quit the video games though

I doubt it.
I’m 20 years old now and I can see myself amassing an unhealthy amount of cards by the time I’m 50.
I’m mostly taking a temporary hiatus now from buying in order to focus on other interests, but I have no plans to sell what I have and still love my collection. I don’t see myself parting with my cards, but I definitely will go in and out of buying as time goes on based on what’s going on in my life.
Anyone else?

I’m now in the process of consolidating my kid’s collection. We are keeping 30 PSA10 graded cards. We’re also keeping the 7 complete sets of Japanese cards (ungraded). The rest are now for sale. And I’ve stopped buying cards for now. Cheers!
It’s very likely, though I still have yet to complete my collection of older cards, probably in a few years time, currently I’m in a hiatus from purchasing new cards, only if I see a steal I will purchase.
Like most people here I have stopped buying due to lack of funds as a student 
I don’t plan on selling most of my collection but want to cut the size down a lot and just collect the cards/sets I like most. I also plan on starting to play the game (hopefully if I find somewhere/people to play with) so will use the money from what I sell to buy newer boxes prob so don’t plan on quitting pokemon for a long time

i’ll never quit pokemon!!! i just recently got literally all pokemon games ds and down as emulators on my pc. im gonna take a loooong time to play thru them all

I plan on slowing down my involvement soon…but I would I ever quit completely? I don’t think so
I’m at the point where I’m pretty happy with my collection. I’m only after a select few cards now and I refuse to buy unless it is for a decent price. Still buying cards I need to fill out my collection.
Anyway, I don’t think I will ever stop enjoying my cards!
