I bought this prismatic a few days ago. I can’t tell if it’s resealed or not and i don’t want to open it yet. How do i know if its resealed, or what clues should i look for? I got a few pictures of it. Can you guys help me?
This looks fine to me. You can never tell for sure whether something is resealed without opening it but in virtually all cases modern product has not been resealed. Here are some things to look for if you want to consider whether an item is resealed.

Where did you buy the product from? If it’s new from a big-box retailer or a reputable secondary market seller, it’s not going to be resealed. If it’s from a low-feedback eBay seller or someone off Facebook marketplace the likelihood could be higher.

Is the product old or new? In-print modern is very rarely resealed because (a) people open a lot of it and would find out quickly, (b) the profit from resealing is minimal, and (c) the vast majority of modern product out there is direct from distributors and simply hasn’t had time to pass through many hands.

Is there visible damage to the box under the seals that isn’t reflected in the seal?

Look at comparable images of the product online, do the seals look generally similar? (in the same location, same type of plastic, logos on plastic if the plastic has them)
A lot of the things people think indicate a reseal (e.g. holes or broken seal in places, loose plastic, the seal not looking perfectly identical to another product’s seal) actually don’t indicate a reseal and are just normal variation in seals.

If you look at one of the corners, the paint is kinda scratched off under the seal and the put where if you did open it and fold the box open, looks like its been folded open with creases.
I see what you mean but this still looks fine to me. I wouldn’t overthink it. Keep in mind these do need to be handled before they are fully sealed so some damage is possible. I doubt anyone is resealing Prismatic SPCs at this point.
