Do you have certain cards/sealed things that you display? If so, what is your favourite piece?
I find myself often coming back to these Golbats. Something about the simpleness of this card draws me in (the box is empty).

I have a small display, but honestly dont even really want a room or too much space for it. I like it as a personal thing. I also have 2 kids with NO boundaries (that’s on me)
Yes. I print jpegs of my vault scans, cut them out and tape them to my wall. Whoever said vault collecting doesn’t count is a doo-doo head.
Very simple display, just 2 rows, maybe I’ll add a third
Can fit a bit less than 50 slabs so one of my boxes
I rotate everyday or two, so I can enjoy a constant renewal
Today it’s XY, tomorrow it’ll be pokekyun, adv or ttgx, etc whatever the mood of the day
I prefer this to binders now, because although you can be a bit more creative in terms of organization in a 9 or 12 slot binder, I like the added layer of continuity and homogeneity that slabs bring, I consider it an improvement in terms of displayability and enjoyment of collecting
And now posting this I realize I’m definitely not in the category of i just want to own a few grail slabs
No. I want many many slabs and rotate them every day like new shirts and never get bored, casually glancing at them and discovering unnoticed details each time ![]()
I used to use dozens of the Ultra Pro two piece card stands, but I’ve recently upgraded to Vaulted displays for my favorite raw cards
I will still utilize some stands for my handful of slabs
Most of mine no, but do eventually want a small display for something Im working on.
Here is one of my favorite display spots due to the bull matching the stained glass style of the card
This is how i display mine: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yYNa9egnMwI
Prior to this i was also displaying it on a much smaller room, but decided to expand in 2021.
What on earth is that umbreon
A fake umbreon
In an MTG slab?
Other than being priced out of collection goals, the absolute worst thing about this latest market bull run is how it has prevented me from ever displaying my cards in good conscience.
the most i’ve allowed myself to do is put overtly pokemon-related keychains on my binders so when you see them on the shelf, you see which set they contain. otherwise no ![]()
I don’t display my slabs or sealed, but it is definitely something I want to do in the near future. I’m still figuring out exactly how to set it up and what kind of display to get, but I’m leaning toward adding a glass shelf with lighting in my room so I can showcase everything properly. I hadn’t really thought about displaying them until recently as my collection started growing, so I’m taking my time since i have no idea. Will look for inspiration online. Right now my collection is in the closet sadly.
all those komiyas are so gorgeous wow
Wait, what? Your conscience has a problem with you enjoying your cards?
Not with enjoying, but with displaying.
During the last downturn I put together a PSA 9 Japanese base holo set with the idea of framing them as a ‘cheap’ but iconic display of the hobby I love, once I moved to my long term home.
Now if I were to go ahead and put it up on my wall - a) I have $10,000 prominently displayed on my wall and b) the graded Pokémon card hobby is well known enough that every contractor, new friend, kid’s friend’s parent etc. who comes into my home also knows that I have $10,000 on my wall.
The stress of the display outweighs the joy.
I can understand that. But you can also display cheaper things. Also, when someone comes around, just take ´em down.
I love camels!
What Yugioh cards are these? I can see its a Blue eyes white dragon but where-from?
