I was thinking about World Championship Deck cards earlier today Japan’s Alter Genesis set features a Professor Elm’s Lecture card which isn’t going to make an appearance in the English equivalent Cosmic Eclipse set. Of course, in this particular case there is an identical card with different artwork from Lost Thunder, but it’s got me in a bit of a quandary:
- Can language-exclusive cards be used in Pokémon tournaments?
- If so, if a language-exclusive card was used in a winning deck, would TCPi go through the hassle of translating the card into English for the World Championship Deck release?
