Also got this sealed pack of 5 promo Ultimate Zones, which i’m glad I did, as I thought there was only one copy in there.
I previously picked up a single copy sealed version of this promo and magazine, but i’m not sure what the deal was with that one. The single copy version came in a different plastic sleeve and also has a corresponding set of stickers. I’m not sure if those stickers are on the inside of the mini publication or if these promos were distributed differently on release. They were apparently given out to people who bought 2 booster packs of Advent of Arceus, I’ve seen a similar packet of these promos with a 7/11 sticker on it so they were definitely available at a range of stores.
It’s also definitely poss that the single one was re-sleeved, the seal looks good, but it could not have been the original packaging.
Who knows, if any one knows more i’d love to hear it.
I’ve only got a reverse English print of Sky Field, though there are 2 Reverse JP prints from Premium Champion Pack and from The Best of XY that i’m yet to get.
Picked up a bunch of great stadiums recently, but haven’t gotten around to posting them so should have some fun updates coming.
I’m very glad to have picked up a full set of the Pokemon Pal City stadiums from the different regions of Japan. Definitely some of the most interesting stadiums out there. What a selection of Pokemon they picked, I mean a Numel and Magby card is all you can ask for.
Also this copy of an Energy Stadium from the Intro Pack Neo and another sealed Ultimate Zone promo, the last one I bought had 5 copies in so I bought another to compare and this one only had one copy which is interesting.

I’ve been meaning for the longest time to pick up many of the hundreds of common set stadiums that i’ve been putting off for ages. I’ve also been meaning to set up a buy thread to help possibly track down some of the more rouge stadiums.
I’d love to get a lot of the cards in one pic, maybe i’ll do it for some sort of landmark.
Tag me when you do! I’ll try to look through my bulk and see what I have to offer! Would love to see your collection continue to grow. And hell yeah - I did something similar and have seen a few people do the same when they’ve accomplished a landmark themselves.
Also happy to add another holo pattern to the stadium collection with all the reverse stadiums from Shiny Star V. The pics don’t really do it justice but they look great in the light.
I finally found my first OC/Miscut WOTC stadium too. Here’s a miscut/OC, Italian Healing Field.
I got my first copy of a stamped Tropical Beach, it’s a 2011 staff version. It’s a pretty goofy looking card, but glad to finally add a Tropical Beach to my collection.
Big thanks to @tylerrmazer for making his list of Every English Pokemon Card. After cross-checking the stadiums on that thing with my own list, I was surprised to find out about a stadium I didn’t know existed. This copy of High Pressure System is from the Ex Battle Stadium Box; it has a thin rectangular boarder and no e-reader symbol like the POP 3 copy, but has the Ex Dragon set symbol.
Also finally got a Kyūshū Region copy of Lucky Stadium.
Hows it going. Here’s some more recent updates. One of my favourite, new pick-ups is this Kansai Region Lucky Stadium that has been written on by (I assume) a child from way back. I love when some historical context around a card can be seen visually and this is a great example. I’d love to know what it says if anyone speaks Japanese?
I also got my first miscut/OC Japanese card, this Thunder Mountain. Weirdly, I’ve seen a lot of OC JP Prism Star stadiums, but this is the most extreme one i’ve seen and really like the silver strip along the bottom.
Finally, after seeing @muk 's post showing the secret, JP stadiums I was reminded of how good they looked & that I really had to pick up the last few I didn’t have. On that note, I now can’t wait to get this new wave of secret stadiums that are incoming.
Best I can tell, the writing on the left is supposed to be ho-oh’s Japanese name, ホウオウ but that’s half way a guess haha. The writing on the right looks like it says すずのとう with an arrow pointing to the tower which means “Tin Tower” aka Ho-oh’s home! most probably just a little kid practicing their hiragana

I picked up 1 blue envelope at the start of last year and have wanted to post it and about its bangin contents but the envelope I got came sealed. I couldn’t bring myself to open it and didn’t want to post until I was able to show what was inside.
But recently I picked up a second blue envelope which was open, so happy to finally update here
It’s the 2020 Player’s Ceremony, a promo given out to players in Japan who earned 30+ Championship Points in the 19/20 season. This time they sent them out in snaz envelopes. They look great imo, address labels were placed on the front over the dashed square but have been removed by the sellers leaving only a slightly sticky front.
Inside each is a congrats message as well as 2 cards, the 2020 copy of Player’s Ceremony and a 2020 stamped promo of a Professor’s Research.
It’s a great stadium with a fun illustration. These championship point promos from the last few years are the only stadiums by Himeno & they’re all unlike any other stadium arts. They feature Pikachu with some of the Pokemon that were meta within that Pokemon TCG year (not that I know anything about the tcg). This one’s shown from the inside of Wyndon Stadium which is a really nice touch. The fact that Sword and Shied were recent releases when this card was given out really puts in perspective how delayed this update has been haha
Here’s a bunch of error stadiums that i’ve not yet posted.
First up is this set of full art Crystal Caves, the first being miscut at an angle and the second having a crimp along the bottom.
Super similar situation to the set of Mt. Coronets that I picked up last year that can be seen here, earlier in this thread.
Next up we have 2 fairly minor, yet quite interesting errors on some older cards.
First up is this Ecogym that has blue ink smears across the face of the card. One of my favourite arts of all time, so happy to have this variation.
Then we’ve got a Japanese Viridian City Gym with a misprinted rarity star.
Quick one, before some more interesting ones to come soon. Although this is still kind of exciting.
Found my first Japanese crimped cards and they happen to both be Magma Basin’s. Seem crimps are become more common in modern Japanese as I have found a few recently, 2 more of which are incoming.
As previously mentioned my stadium collection has been going great, but recently i’ve been terrible at sharing updates.
So here’s another with many more to hopefully follow soon. It’s 2 yellow envelopes this time.
I picked these up last year, they’re the 20/21 JP season reward given out to players who achieved 30 championship points in the through the season. Much like the 2 blue envelopes from a previous post one is sealed and the other opened up for stadium goodness within. I love that TPC put thought into the design of the envelopes, it really makes for a nice delivery.
Inside is the stadium Celebration Fanfare, the successor the the Player’s Ceremony cards. It has great Himeno artwork showing some of the Pokemon that made a splash in the tcg meta that season.
@dizzylochs I love your stadium collection. Better than mine but something to aim for! One of my favourite sets to come back and look at. Keep up the great work collecting these!
