Dell laptop broke

Hey guys,
i was watching Pokémon movie on my dell laptop, first it show me ffmega.dll file missing error, now it continuously getting shut down. i dont what to do . do this is because of file error or some thing else. ya it is still under warranty period . what to do now, I am confused.

If it’s under warranty, take it up with Dell customer service!

Hi Guys,

I was able to fix the issue by clearing the Teams cache

Make sure all teams processes are closed via Task Manager

Open the Run Command (Windows Key + R) and type %appdata% - then click enter

It will open the file explorer and then and you then need to follow path

Microsoft\Teams\

You then just delete all the files in there other then the meeting add-in

I should mention that when I did this, my teams kept opening and I had to close the teams process many times in task manager before it let me delete all the cache files. But once I was able to remove all the cache files, I re-launched teams and boom I was good to go.

Re-installing should also fix the issue
