i opened 200+ chips as a kid lol, only ever got fluros, as far as im aware, golds were only obtainable if you bought those multi packs, with a few packs of chips in it

Oh man those were the days!!! Back in primary school they were banned, so we would hide them in our shoes and socks lol hahah whenever the teachers did a raid.
Wow those prices are considerable, Unfortunately mine did not stand the test of time.

i remember a guy came to school with a gold super saiyan vegeta, everyone was trying to trade him for it.
my collection also ended up getting sold or thrown out as a kid, luckily i had a nostalgia trip a few years back and started buying everything from my childhood such as tazos and trading cards

I’ve actually not seen Battle of Gods yet, nor Resurrection of F. I hear they are really good and know the main stories behind them, just haven’t found the time hahaha

Dragonball Super is the most dissapointing thing ever. It’s a contrived cash grab with 0 passion and 0 care. The animation is some of the worst I have ever seen(it’s been outsourced to the Philippines). It is a damn shame that this will most likely be the last thing for DB. The 2 newest movies were really good too…

I started collecting with GT as well. Since it has cheaper to get into than DBZ. But I’ve worked my way into collecting DBZ as well. Do you collect common-uncommon-rare foils and promos as well for GT?
