Complete graded base set?

I was wondering if anyone here has been able to amass a complete graded base set? Either 1st edition, shadowless or unlimited. Also either psa or bgs or even cgc.

If you have pics I’d love to see it and I’m curious how long it took. Did you still have the set and if you have it do you plan on holding on to it?

I think base set will always have a historical significance in Pokémon and among tcgs for it being g the first set in Pokémon.

Thanks in advance and cheers!

PSA 9 1st ed. It took from 2012-2018 to complete.

is this just a conversation with PFM and his alt account?

Man, if I’m making alt accounts to interact with I hope that we aren’t talking about a set I completed 5 years ago

You might enjoy looking at some @gemmintpokemon 's videos: Gem Mint Pokemon Collection - YouTube . iirc, he has most WOTC sets in PSA 10

Took me about 18 months. I started with a complete 9 set, but then decided to upgrade all the non holos on psa 10s.

Sheesh! Is that a complete base set 1st ed in 10? All are 10s besides the holo which are 9s?

Oh, well actually the red cheeks is a psa 9, as its an extra and so i didnt really worry about upgrading that, and instead i concentrated on other psa sets haha

@pfm & @friendyboy may I ask how much it cost in total to complete each of your base set?

And please only say if you’re comfortable telling me. I’m just curious. I’m thinking of completing a shadowless psa one that I assume will take some years

Total cost above

Charizard $3k
Blastoise $1.6k
Venusaur $800
