Competition full art ex / ex sar promo

Hey guys, in the last 4 years pokemon has run a competition whereby one pokemon gets a full art and hyper rare for winning local competitions. They are usually limited. Previous choices were zekrom, mewtwo, charizard and lucario. This year, if the competition is run there is a chance of an ex sar alt art in the hyper rare slot. Naturally i think salamence or roaring moon should be chosen.

Just for fun, what pokemon do you think gets picked this year?

Special Art Rare Pokémon ex is the best rarity card format available this year so that will most likely be it (look at Worlds deck Pikachu ex)

Previous sealed game Competition winner promos are all based on cards that existed in the same year, so I don’t expect it to be a completely new card for SV year 1

Potential candidates are combat mons that already have a card this year, but didn’t get an SAR

  • Ceruledge ex (maybe in a later set SV3a Raging Surf)
  • Greninja ex
  • Victini ex
  • Lugia ex
  • Ho-Oh ex
  • Suicune ex
  • tera Dragonite ex
  • tera Garchomp ex (in a later set, SV3a Raging Surf)
  • new Paradox mons in a later set SV4 Ancient Roar & Future Flash

It won’t get picked but my dream would be Feraligatr - such a beast in the neo sets and one of my favourites in game.

I’d say Tyranitar but there’s loads of Ttar recently.

When do these tournaments normally kick up?

Might rule out all of the SV4 if it’s around the same time.
